Since 2010 we have been building websites in Kyiv and across Ukraine, and for clients abroad. We started with markup for hire; today we run the whole project, from structure and design through to search and post-launch support.
We do not take on more projects than we can give proper attention to. That means we sometimes decline work or put it in a queue, but every client talks to the people actually building their site rather than to an account manager in between.
We work to a fixed quote. If the task does not change, the price quoted at the start does not change either. If it does change, we say so before we do anything.

About WebTerra
The studio has been working since 2010. We started with markup for hire and gradually took on the whole cycle: structure, design, development, content, search and post-launch support. Several generations of technology have passed since, and we went through each of them alongside our clients, migrating their projects without losing rankings.
We do not take on more work than we can give proper attention to. Sometimes that means a queue or a polite no, but it also means the client talks directly to the people building the site rather than to an account manager relaying requests.
