We are based in Kyiv but run almost everything remotely. The brief happens in a messenger or on a call, you see work in progress through a link, and reports arrive as a document. Geography does not affect quality: our clients include companies from across Ukraine and abroad.

The fastest way to start is a message or the form. Describe the task in two sentences at least: what the business is, what needs building and by when. That is enough for us to give a preliminary estimate in our first reply.

What happens next

• We reply within one business day and ask clarifying questions
• We run the brief — half an hour of conversation or messages
• We send a quote with a fixed price and dates within two business days
• Once agreed, we sign the contract and start
