Advantages
Why clients choose us
Years of practice
We launched our first site in 2010. Four generations of technology have come and gone since; we are still here.
Projects delivered
From a photographer portfolio to a store with 50,000 products. We have met most industries already.
Of clients come back
They return with a second project or stay on a retainer. That is the number we judge ourselves by.
Hidden extras
The quote is fixed in the contract. If we missed something, that is our problem, not yours.

In detail
Maintenance and support for an existing site
A website is never finished for good. The platform and its extensions update, hosting moves versions, and expectations around speed and security keep shifting. A project left alone for a year almost always meets us with overdue updates, missing backups and a vulnerability or two.
A retainer handles that in advance and costs considerably less than emergency recovery after a breach or lost rankings from accumulated technical debt.
What monthly maintenance covers
- Platform and extension updates, verified on a staging copy first
- Weekly backups stored off the hosting account
- Round-the-clock availability monitoring with alerts on failure
- Up to five hours of changes a month with no separate invoices
- Incident response within two hours, weekends included
One-off work
If a retainer is not what you need, we take any of the tracks separately: speed work, malware recovery or a redesign. We always take a full copy of the project before starting, so changes can be rolled back within minutes.
We also work on sites we did not build — that is most of these enquiries. The platform makes no difference.
