In detail
Moving from social selling to your own store
Selling through social media hits a ceiling at roughly the same point for everyone: once orders pass twenty a day and the range passes a hundred items, messaging stops scaling. A manager spends the day confirming sizes and availability, and a share of customers leave before an answer arrives.
Your own platform removes that ceiling. The customer chooses, sees stock, checks out and pays without sending a single message. A person steps in only where a person is actually needed.
What changes after the move
- Orders arrive around the clock, including nights and weekends
- Stock and prices are maintained in one place rather than several accounts
- You gain organic search traffic, which social platforms do not provide
- You stop depending on account blocks and algorithm changes
- You build a customer base that belongs to you
Social media does not go away
We do not advise abandoning social accounts once the store launches. The right arrangement is different: content and audience stay there while checkout moves to the site. Social works as a shop window and a conversation channel; the store works as the till and the warehouse.
