Process

How we do it

01

Process audit

We map how an enquiry travels today: who does what, where it waits, where it gets lost.

02

Blueprint

We draw the future route, marking where a person is needed and where they are not.

03

Pilot

We launch one process and watch it for a week on real enquiries.

04

Rollout

We connect the remaining processes and train the team.

03

Advantages

When it pays for itself

20+

Enquiries a day

At this volume manual handling starts losing leads and eating the working day.

3+

Tools in use

Website, CRM, messenger, spreadsheet — if data moves by hand, automation pays back in months.

24/7

Customers write at night

A bot answers routine questions and captures enquiries while your team sleeps.

0

Lost enquiries

Every request lands in the system rather than in someone’s head or a private chat.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

No, and we do not promise that. A bot takes the routine questions: availability, price, order status, opening hours. Complex conversations stay with a person, who now arrives at them with the information already gathered.

With a process audit. Often it turns out a CRM is not needed yet and a properly configured form with notifications is enough. We will say so plainly, even though a rollout would bill more.

If it has an API, yes. If not, a file exchange or an intermediate service usually works. We check this during the audit, before quoting.

A simple bot takes a week. A CRM rollout with data migration takes three to four weeks. Full sales automation starts at two months.

We keep these projects on a retainer. Changes in the major platforms are announced in advance, and we update the integration before anything breaks.

Request

Price the automation

Describe how an enquiry travels today, from first contact to payment. That is enough for an estimate.

We reply within one business day. Your data stays with us.

Thank you. We have your request and will be in touch shortly.

In detail

Business process automation

Automation does not start with picking a tool. It starts with an honest answer to one question: which action does a person repeat every day, and how much time does it take. Without that answer, any system becomes one more place to enter data by hand.

We start with an audit. We map how an enquiry travels from first contact to payment: whose hands it passes through, where it waits, where it gets duplicated and where it disappears. Often this stage reveals that half the problem needs no programming at all — one redundant step simply has to go.

Chatbots

A bot handles the routine questions, and there are roughly twenty of them in any business: availability, price, lead time, order status, how to get there, opening hours. That is sixty to eighty per cent of all enquiries. Your team receives a conversation that has already been filtered down to the ones that need a human.

We build bots for Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp, plus on-site widgets. The bot does not pretend to be a person and does not guess intent when it is unsure — in a complex case it hands the conversation to a manager along with the full context.

CRM rollout

A CRM becomes necessary when there are more leads than one person can hold in their head and a deal passes through several stages. Before that point it usually gets in the way more than it helps.

We do not resell a particular system. We pick the one that fits your process, migrate existing data, configure the pipeline around your real deal stages, connect the lead sources — website, messengers, telephony — and train the team. Reporting is set up separately so the owner can see the numbers without asking anyone.

Service integrations

What usually eats the most time is not the work itself but moving data between systems. An enquiry from the site into a spreadsheet, from the spreadsheet into the CRM, from there into a messenger, then an invoice into accounting. Every hop costs minutes and invites mistakes.

  • Website and CRM: enquiries land in the system immediately, with source and campaign tags
  • CRM and messengers: your team replies from one window and history stays on the record
  • Stock and store: quantities and prices synchronise automatically
  • Documents: an invoice or contract is generated from deal data and sent to the client
  • Reporting: data flows into a dashboard that updates itself

Where to start

The cheapest and most useful first step is the process audit. It shows what to automate first and what to leave alone. Sometimes it turns out that instead of a twenty-five thousand rollout, a two thousand notification setup is enough. We will tell you so.
