What the client came with
The owner sold clothing through Instagram. Every size and stock level was clarified in direct messages, and half the buyers dropped off at the question about whether size 48 was available.

What we did
We built a catalogue with size and colour variants, connected stock levels, card payments and a delivery calculator. Over 400 items were processed by hand.

Three months after launch organic traffic was up 140%, and more than half of all orders now come through without a single message to the inbox.
