Challenge
What the client came with
Someone buying a house compares options and wants to see the price and what is included straight away, not after calling a salesperson. The second job is proving construction is actually under way: without that, buyers do not trust a developer.
Solution
What we did
We built a single-page site with four packages — townhouse, house, duplex, triplex — each showing price, plot size and utilities openly. Added a six-point specification block, a construction news section, a location map and a viewing request form.
Result
How it ended
Pricing and specification are open on the page, so the enquiries that reach a salesperson come from people who already know the budget.
